OUT + ABOUT | THE REAL FLOWER CONFETTI FIELDS

Considering The real flower confetti fields are only open for one week a year the weather couldn't have been any better! I popped along for the weekend to view the acres of delphiniums and cornflowers bloom on the Wyke Manor Estate in Worcestershire, this year they are open till the 8th July so there isn't long left!

The Confetti Flower Field is a stunning sight and a wonderful experience (and photo opportunity!) to get in + amongst the flowers! You can see beautiful stripes of colourful flowers, enjoy winding paths, walkways and lovely views to Bredon Hill and the surrounding countryside. Definitely worth a visit, especially and the good weather seems set to last...

I decided to make a weekend of the trip as it was a 3 hours drive so on the way back home I stopped off at a few of my favourite villages on the way back, starting with Broadway then onto Burton on the Water for drinks and a visit to the model village and Northleach for lunch at the Wheatsheaf Inn.
