About me...
Welcome to my blog! After a few years of being busy setting up my interior design company, Owl Design, with my business partner I have finally decided to take the plunge and start my own personal blog as one of my 2017 New Years resolutions!

My blog has since evolved since starting at the beginning of the year and I have now added an Interiors and Lifestyle store selling products I love, upholstered vintage chairs, original artworks and a few cushions I've designed along the way.
I am an Interior Designer who also works in events and styling, an amateur photographer and calligraphist planning on trying my hand at a spot of floristry and pottery all in the name of being surrounded by splendid things!
Simone Olivia - The splendid lifestyle & Interiors blog is a mix of interiors posts, travel reviews, where to eat and shop guides mainly based in and around London, with a few trips to the coast.
