GARDEN OFFICE MAKEOVER

So last year I decided to decorate my garden office, it had been nice, bright and airy white but I decided I wanted a change and went for a dark blue. As much as I loved the colour I missed the brightness as it's a space I use for working and not relaxing. So I’ve decided to get my paint brush out again and get decorating! The only thing is I couldn't decide between a stony off white and a nude dusty pink, so I put together a mood board before heading off to B&Q to collect some colour chip cards and some paint samples.

I got a bit excited choosing all the colour options but managed to whittle it down to my top three Valspar colours; Sung as a Bug, Sling your 'ook, and Gentle Shadows.

Snug as a Bug

Sling your 'ook

Gentle Shadows

I got these colours in samples pots, Valspar do rather generous pots, so I tested them on both some card (so I could position them around the room) and on the walls.

The colour I ended up choosing is 'Sling your 'ook', now I just need the weather to warm up so I can get decorating!
