Out and About: The Winter bar at Dalloway Terrace

If you have read my previous blog post about my New Years resolutions, you would know that one of my resolutions is to visit at least one new bar/ restaurant or cafe a month. So I've not done too badly as I've managed to do that within the first week with my visit to The Dalloway Terrace. The terrace has been been beautifully decorated with with fake snow covered branches, giant pine cones and fairy lights. The sheep skins on the chairs made it feel super cozy and add the the ski-lodge feel.

Our comfy seat!

The cushions were a great way to turn an ordinary garden bench into a sofa!

Steak tartare with quail egg on sourdough toast. These were very tasty but MUCH smaller then expected!

The parmesan truffle chips were very moorish.

Battered plaice, chips and mushy peas, the batter was crispy and the fish nice and flakey just as it should be!

Crepes with Tangerine sorbet and pomegranate. The sorbet was very fresh and tasty but unfortunately my crepes were rather tough...

Love these coffe cups!

Not all the terrace was covered and there was still the option to sit outside.

All in all I'd give it a 10/10 for design and 7/10 for food. This would be a great place for summer drinking!
